- Cook turkey sausage until brown on outside, add garlic 3 cloves, 1/2 ts Cumin ,1ts curry pounder, ½ onion, 1 ts ginger, Italian seasoning and ½ a beer in the pan the sausage was cooked in, simmer on low for 15 mins.

Add large can of diced tomato+sauces(28 oz), add cilantro, grilled Serrano+green chile,
Later add pan contains to pot of sauces, cook on low for 30 mins, add corn starch to thicken.

Eat with salt cracker, add pepper for hotter( I add 1/2 habanero to every bowl)
