So the copyright only affects the name? So if I breed two copyrighted peppers, it would not be copyrighted or owned by those two companies? (I don't want to copyright the peppers myself, but I am just curious)

If you feel like the pepper is healthy enough, you may not want to, but it can be helpful, I am a huge pepper beginner, so you may want a more experienced pepper grower to answer this post before you do so

Actually, peppersbymail.com does have some, as luvmesump3pp3rz said, so that could work, they look cheaper and more professional,           I just looked and realized those were pre-order boxes on peppersbymail, you may have to find something else,

Ok, well that's true whenever I find a new pepper I haven't seen, I look if I can find it locally, but some of them are exclusive, like all the peppers I mentioned are only available there, there are loads of peppers I can only find on chilli-seedz.com, like Thor's Thunderbolt.

So chilli-seedz.com is well known, oops, sorry, how about the other one? Is that one lesser heard of?

I have discovered a few new vendors! First one is one from the United Kingdom, it's chileseeds.co.uk, I searched it on here and I couldn't find any results, they have exclusive peppers I've never heard of, such as their Leroy Brown and Jays x Pink Tiger x Carolina Reaper peppers...
