An hour later we we're able to plate this "Devils Disc" I can assure you wern't much Yucateco on this one!

Not to be out done I went to market and found these finger peppers. I brokem' down in olive oil over a low flame with some garlic.

So here it is. Eats pretty good for pickled jalapenos. nice crunch. better with a fer drops of el yucateco.

I was not surprised when I found out my Son Howie had it too. I love to make pizza, Howie had an idea and I helped out. Here's his creation. We tossed this in the oven and I'll tell'ya. Nice twist on pizza!
