Hot wing sauce

1 stick UNSALTED butter
1 tbls sour cream
2 tbls honey
at least 8 oz Frank's hot sauce
1 tbls chipotle chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic power or 1 fresh minced garlic clove
optional: 1 tbls dijon mustard


melt butter over low heat in small sauce pan. add in the rest of the ingredients, mix thoroughly, and heat over low heat for 30 mins, stirring every 5 minutes
