    Smoker/grill hybrids, anyone?

Finally, an update. As it seems like Oklahoma Joe is not very efficient with charcoal in general, and overall it's fuel consumption is "above average" according to some forums (proof).  So we both dropped this option. After some considerations, seller recommended us to have a look at Weber...

    Smoker/grill hybrids, anyone?

Got a friend looking for one, so any recommendations maybe? The budget is about 1000$, and he would like to use charcoal as a power source. He's stubborn as a mule and doesn't want to get separate grill and smoker, and that's the problem. I've been thinking about Oklahoma Joe Highland, but...

    sandwiches Spicy sauces for sandwiches?

My personal fav for lunches is this: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Lime -- you'll need juice only 1 teaspoon of roasted chopped garlic 1 tablespoon of chili paste salt and extra pepper to taste (and curry as an option) Good with ham and chicken.

    Introduction from Melbourne

Hello, guys (and ladies)! I've considered myself to be a true fan of hot sauces until I've discovered some products I can't eat without tears on my face - which is sad, but truth need to be told. The whole experience was so shocking, that next day I woke up and found myself ordering first pepper...
