Hi Folks, So my company has a hot sauce comp next week for 'Run for the Cure.' Now, i collect hot sauces and extracts. I generally don't eat the hot sauces in large amts straight. Mix them into stir frys, etc instead. But I can take small amounts directly without real issue (i'm talking of...
