Hi :) I'm from holland too ^^ I've only been growing peppers for 2 years so i can't be sure but i think those aren't anything like cayenne (c. annuum) They look more like c. chinense to me. At least that is how my naga morich and scotch bonnet seedlings looked like at that stage.
