Have 2 brothers in Texas, say it was pretty surreal, it was overcast, the thing they noticed the most was the temperature drop. I felt it here as well.

Afterwards, I did find a couple ladybugs flying around the house, and a few dead ones some weeks later, but they are harmless to people and pets, so I wasn't worried Unless those ladybugs are from Australia, in that case just start to sprint away from the house. Cheers!

So these 505 jugs are made with Young Guns Hatch Chile, but they add ingredients: Cheers!

Young Guns usta sell the smaller jugs of their pure hatch green chiles, like half the size you are talking about. The local store was selling those jugs for 2.99 about 3 weeks ago. Always look at the expiration dates. I am not sure how the buying and rebranding process works or if 505 adds to...

A few of the the gym girls asked me out for dinner (which blew my mind, didn't see that coming) and surprisingly, I have found a decent locally produced craft beer from Bosque Brewing. Their River walk IPA was pretty killer.

The 505 products are kinda blah, The 505 is basically the area code for Albuquerque, so perhaps that was their target market. The best chiles from Hatch seem to be coming out of the Young Guns farm. Super consistent and when the label says hot, they mean it. There are literally tons of salsa...

So, was just chatting with my brother, who spoke to the El Pinto folks, and they are now doing complete co packing of sauces. I guess they can go from step one all the way thru a completed product, IE label design, production, scaling production, marketing, nutritional analysis and whatever else...

Have any of you had a chance to try out the Russian River Brewing: Supplication, Pliny the elder or Pliny the younger beers by chance??? The supplication beer is supposedly one of the best beers on the planet?? Cannot find them available anywhere. Cheers!

Friend went to the fiery foods show today in Albuquerque NM and picked up this bottle of pepper x. Will update when I get more pics. I believe Puckerbutt occupied 4 booths in total. The only other vendors I recognize from our forum are Lucky Dog and Pexpeppers. God I love Lucky Dog sauces. Cheers!
