In that case, would you (or anyone else) have any expectations as to when they might resume flowering? I bring them out from my house when they are at the 8 leaf stage. They seem to split and flower just fine but then stop. You think they will hang out till like march or so and then pod up again?
The leaf damage turned out to be thrips, I've hit them with all sorts of stuff for a week they seem to be doing better.

Your set up looks great! The greenhouse makes a big difference in what you can do in a year. I'll be trying to take cuttings too in the near future, It seems like a under utilized technique in the pepper community.
