3 Hab Rice

1/2 cup sliced button mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 habaneros chopped
2 chicken breasts cut bite-sized (optional)
2 tsp Cavender's Greek Seasoning
2 chicken or vegetable bullion cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1 Tbls honey
1 can rotel tomatos and chilis, liquid reserved
2 Tbls worcester sauce
2 Tbls soy sauce
1 cup long grain rice
water

Preheat ricecooker with a little olive oil.

Brown sliced button mushrooms in rice cooker. Add and saute onions, carrots, habaneros, and celery. Then add chicken, mix well with cooking veg. Next add rotel along with greek seasoning, bullion, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, honey, sweet paprika, and turmeric. Stir once or twice gently between each addition.

To rotel liquid, add worcester sauce and soy sauce. Then add enough water to bring liquid to two cups. Add rice to rice cooker, stir, then add in liquid mixture stirring gently. Close lid on rice cooker and restart cook cycle. Then walk away.
After cook cycle is complete, stir and serve.

I like to let it rest on the keep warm setting for 10 to 15 minutes to let the bottom brown a little more before the stir and serve. This is unnecessary but can add a little extra texture.
