i like to switch up my beans, when making chile. sometimes, i use a can of mixed beans(chick pea, romano, red & white kidney, black), yummy.

no beans for me...

Just pintos this time. I usually switch between black, kidney, and pintos, but don't usually mix (though have.) My son doesn't like chick peas, so that's usually out.

Oh, I'm sure you would just hate this - also added shredded carrots, poblano, corn, onion, tomatoe, and lots of other goodies..... maybe more like a chile-stew hybrid. But yummy!
