I just can't get into soccer.... And all my nieces/nephews play it and I'm sure one day my daughter will be playing it as well..

Playing Belgium next round most likely. They beat us 4-2 last time we played them. I'd very much rather face off with Algeria! Still with Germany for winning it all!

Oh come on man, no need for negative or negative-ish comments. You like it or you don't. Believe it or not it is on track to being the second most popular sport in the US behind American football in less than a decade.

The US will win in years to come, they throw more money at spot than any other country anyway. Gonna be a fun and interesting to watch world cup

I am a die hard soccer fan but I can't stand the American leagues. And I grew up with the Seattle Sounders. The U.S. National team sucks. Did you all watch the same game I watched? Germany toyed with them for 90 minutes.
My money is on Germany vs. Argentina in the final.

Im not a huge USMNT fan, I have a soft spot for the Nederlands and feel obliged to root for Italy. But it is nice to see the US picking up steam. The US really doesnt throw that much $ into soccer. Multimillion dollar deals happen on the regular in Europe.

What I find hilarious is how they bite each other for a competitive edge..now that's entertaining...
