Creole for burgers and Roma for salads, have not tried making my own sauce yet. Would like to try an grow San Marzano to make a sauce.
San Marzano for paste/sauce (only used canned ones before but WOW--growing some now and have some leftover seeds if you are keen?), Wapsipinicon Peach for something different for salads, etc (fruity taste--prob my most fave to date!)
