I've thought about freezing them, but I've always been concerned with having them get all mushy when thawed, I just feel like it would affect the quality. Right now the mason jars are all stored in the refrigerator, usually they'll last at least 4-6 weeks this way. My first thought was to break out the dehydrator, just have to go to my friends house to get it.
I stocked up on jars last year so I still have like 10 jars still left. I'm leaning towards making powder, just have to figure out how to get it to that really fine powder consistency
