Good on ya, but don't overdo it. Getting started is the hardest part, but if you progress slowly you won't hurt yourself. Listen to your body.

Thanks! I'm doing the couch to 5k thing - been working my way up for a few weeks now and did the 20 minute run this morning. I run slooooow but I still get side stitches. I'm learning that breathing through the pain and continuing to run actually makes them go away faster, but boy does it hurt!
