For me, I love the taste of a fully-ripe fatalii, but they don't pair well with everything. Good on pork, fish, poultry, eggs. I don't care for them on red meat or in chocolate, though. Good candied otherwise.
geeme, I just could not pick up any citrus/fruity flavors. I kept chewing for awhile thinking it would evening come, but it just got more floral/perfumey and bitter. ¯\(º_o)/¯
