Trying to decide between a Masterbuilt electric unit or a Weber Smoky Mountain.Love the set it and forget it nature of electric, but also love the flavour from charcoal units.
I bot a WSM earlier in the summer, after looking at some of the electric ones. I am very happy with it so far, and I have found it pretty easy to use. Good luck with whatever you decide.
Got the WSM. Think I'll spend tomorrow seasoning it and doing some dry runs. Early shift on Wednesday, so thinking chicken or ribs will be a good first cook.
