Rest easy, son. This isn't Australia. Most of our snakes here are harmless and even the venomous ones aren't nearly as life threatening as most of what you had in downunder. What species did you come across?

Haha. My wife keeps wondering how I can spot them when they're hiding and she can't see anything. Easy. One, Australia. 2, I love fishing, and just generally being outdoors so used to looking for them lol. As for today, 2 diamond backed water snakes, 2 western ribbon snakes and a speckled kingsnake.
