I'm here from 6pm till 6am so your hypothetical donuts will be ready. Yes propane, no one wants to spend their entire lunch break getting the charcoal going. Turn to on, press button, cook. I'd be down for having a smoker here though. Throw your stuff in when you get to work and done hopefully by lunch time. Might not be able to smoke a pork shoulder but other stuff should be done quick enough.
