I'm flush with Rocoto's right now and I want to pickle sum. Can you help me with brine ratios, Ryme?

I tend to watch a couple of these then tweek it a bit: https://youtu.be/eYNGLaBv7qI I'm lazy and rarely measure, but that has not really been a problem. Oh, they will stay fine in the fridge for a couple months (if you water bath them the last a LONG TIME)
