Suh-weet! What kind of food? Will you ever vend in the Cleveland or C-bus area?

C-bus for sure!daughter and I are hashing out on the food types but rest assure a portion WILL have heat. 1/3 German based, 1/3 heat related 1/3 rotating menu based on clientele.

Oh cool! I fly into Cleveland often to spend time in the Holmes County area, which is between Cleve and C-bus. I will have to drop in once you're up and running!

Any idea when you'll open? Got a name picked out yet?

It will simply be called "The Kitchen" food truck. Time frame to purchase could be 3 months away.
