The Hot Pepper

I've eaten uni a few time it's definitely an acquired taste. Grant I don't think you'd like the consistency has a weird mouth feel.
First tried it in Japan. Have had a few more times at sushi bars. People claim it has and ocean like flavor. But taste like a fish pate. Not my favorite don't know if you've ever tried monk fish liver. Not one of my favorites either. But similar.
