The thing that scares the crap out of me is that it was neither a single nut case nor a for profit thing like a bank job. Unless this was some sort of organized crime hit, this is organized Timothy McVeigh sort of scary. I really do not want my children to have to grow in in a world where this is common.

News say anything else yet? Here its called "children and family services" aka in some places as CPS. So I was thinking a custody issue maybe re: payback. I should just wait and see.
