Nitrile for sure. Ask before starting out. Sometimes a mask is required also.

a mask for sure if you cant cook outdoor.... but yeah even with a mask sometime I'm still in pain.

Yeah Nitrile is the way to go. I do have a "Bare hand" method that works. But it dries you skin out.
