These little green plants keep coming up in my small seedlings containers. I pull them all up because the root is tiny and they just keep coming back in random ones. Anything serious or just a stray seed from a weed?

What do you guys think could be wrong? A few plants have this but they're typically lower leaves. The white definitely looks like sunburn but I am not sure of the brown specks.
