This is my second batch of this jelly using the following recipe found on the net ( changed up the peppers).
1 cup Hungarians finely chopped
1/2 cup scotch bonnets finely chopped
1 1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 pack of liquid pectin - ceratopsian
Bring all to rolling boil...
