Hi Guys,   I have these little things doing a bit of damage, any ideas what they are and how to deal with them. Also found them on my cucumbers as i was removing some leaves with powdery mildew.

Hi guys, I have found these wondering around my plants. I am not sure what they are or if they are even a pest. Hopefully the photos are sufficient, in one of the photos some perlite can be seen floating which helps to gauge size.
