Where have you all been getting your labels printed from?  I found a couple sites (onlinelabels.com and lighteninglabels.com).  Has anyone used these sites or can you recommend a better site?

Hey, thanks for your reply.   I originally started with 50 fish in a 50 gallon tank.  Half of them died (probably from overstocking) so now I have them stable at about 25.  I bought "medium feeder goldfish".  Do these get as big as you say?  I haven't seen any growth in two months.  Good to know...

Where do you go to school?

I'm buying peppers by the lb. and I'd like to know how to store them until I get around to using them.  I'm still working on my recipes so my batches are very small (1 to 2 peppers at a time). Should I freeze them for later use or dry them?  If I dry them how should I do it?  Will I need to...

I just got a new book on smoking and one section was labeled "Cocktails". Methods included taking a drink, such as a Manhattan, adding smoke and then covering it with plastic wrap for a few minutes. Ha anyone tried this? More importantly, has anyone tried this with beer? Tell me about it!
