    A co-worker brought me 5 or 6 fuyu persimmons and told me to make a hot sauce for him.  i'm thinking habanero as the pepper.  Anyone ever use persimmons in their hot sauce?  What else you put in it?  I think onion would work, but not sure about garlic.  Thoughts?

    Sweet-Spicy Duck Recipe Anyone?

    I have 4 duck halves and want a sweet & spicy glaze recipe.  I was thinking of putting orange juice, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and peppers and just simmering for a glaze?  Anyone have a recipe they've actually tried?     Also, how do I even cook duck halves?  First timer over here.

    What hot peppers have you found to be a sleeper when it comes to the burn?  I want something that you're like "eh, this isnt half bad, i'll have another"...."holy smokes, i regret the first one!"    Also, bonus points for a hot pepper that the heat subsides the quickest.

    I'd like to have people try my sauce recipes and give me feedback.  What would be some good questions to put on a questionnaire?   I thought about having them say the spice level 1-10.
