    Stressed Out Jalapeño

I think it will be just fine. Peppers are pretty resilient and it looks like it would bounce back with a good watering.

    Request/ challenge: propagating

I had successful rooting in my Aerogarden. I just placed the cutting into the aerogarden plug, and waited. My problem was that the plant seemed stunted, and wasn't growing very fast. In fact, my seedings outpaced the cutting within a few weeks.

contest Growdown Throwdown 2018 Yellow Brain Strain!

Awesome! There's a few that I think would work great. Have you guys thought about having it narrowed down to a few? For example, people could compete with Brazilian Starfish, Yellow Brain Strain, and Aji Fantasy. Maybe that would get complicated.

I'm not a photographer, but my wife is. She ended up taking a bunch of cool pics of peppers that we got from TexasHotPeppers.

    Ground Cherries? Peepers or Tomato

From what I've been told, they are a close relative of the Tomatillo. I grew ground cherries this year, and wasn't a huge fan. Some people really love them though.

chinense Reaper flavor.... fruity or floral.... new peppers

I would say they are not reapers. I'm not sure if this will make you feel better or not, but I find the reaper to be overrated. I'm not a big fan of the flavor, and there are plenty of other superhots that can deliver some pain. The reaper takes forever to mature and start producing pods.

    Edible to the wife?

I agree with the earlier post about Poblanos. They can actually build a decent heat and make are great grilled. I think it may help to know her tolerance as well though. Does she handle habaneros, or is she more on the level of jalapeño? The Cajun Belle is a tasty pepper with a little heat, and...

lighting Help: need to create stand to hang two LED lights from

It might be hard to tell, but there is a board on each side that lies on the ground. They are about 15" in length. It's very stable. You could always add cross bracing from the vertical board to the top board if needed.

I put this together in about 5 mins. It's not pretty, but I'm using it to provide a little light for my overwintered plants.

No worries! Sometimes it can be hard to communicate humor over the internet, so that is probably my bad. And I totally get your comment now, that would be pretty weird, lol.
