    What have I done wrong I took out the sauce today to stir it it's started fermentation. But from the scent I don't pick up any spice. I smell the floral fruityness of the reaper cut with the lime &acv. But no real heat . I put 2 fresh none blended reapers in it in hopes of upping the heat...

    Update sauce is made& ageing. I used 4 Carolina reaper in the whole batch along with 2 plaboano . I used marichino cheeries& blueberry juice cut with acv .along with a few other things .
