Chocolate Reaper: No pods, dropping blooms. At this point in time its so compact, that I have decided  to wait until it stretches out and gets bigger before pollinating any flowers.

Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion: No pods, dropping blooms. I cleared out all the veg  below the split, my own preference. It and my carolina reaper share a 100 watt led light on a 12/12 cycle, one in one out.

    Pepper ID please.

I believe it's a moon pepper, it's dark on one side and light on the other. Usually found near Copernicus B crater.

My chocolate reaper dwc is awesome. So far, I believe dwc is the way to grow indoors. 88 days and just 6" tall to the highest point. It has five blooms at the first split and many more started, No open flowers yet. No blooms have dropped either.

My jay's peach ghost scorpion needs more light but will have to wait for the spring sun. It and the reaper will go outside in the spring. No pods yet, dropping blooms.

My carolina reaper has some leaf crinkle, but I believe the coir will dry out before it becomes an issue. So far it has only one pod.

My yellow moruga is doing much better now. I transplanted it into a dwc, on the 19th. It didn't droop or show any signs of stress. The very next morning it showed remarkable improvement. The leaves were no longer drooping and most of the leaf crinkle was gone. I'd say inside of two weeks it will...

Grow or bloom fert. for blooming hot peppers

I personally wouldn't switch back and forth either. Once pepper plants are in bloom I will will stick with bloom nuts till the end. I believe there is enough nitrogen in my bloom nuts to promote good growth till the end. I didn't know peppers had flower cycles. My only previous experience with...

Thank you all for your input. I have been using botanicare pure blend pro grow 3-2-4 and bloom 2-3-5. Separately, switching to bloom at maturity. So far so good and with your input I have decided to continue that. Here is my chocolate reaper dwc 82 days from sprouting. Currently using bloom at...

My yellow moruga front center and my carolina reaper rear left have a little leaf crinkle, due to overwatering I believe. But the good news is that both have set fruit. The yellow moruga has three pods and my carolina reaper has one so far, I think. I don't understand how, I have seen no...

Thanks, Trident chilli and Devv. If my dwc works out well, I'll switch and just use coir for potted plants going outside. The only concern I have is the temp of the reservoir.  So far my dwc is my healthiest plant. No worries about too little or too much water, definitely better control.

My chocolate reaper dwc is doing very well. I added an airstone. It reached maturity at 4.5" , false leaves were above the clay pebbles when inserted into dwc.
