I am seeing this issue on several of my plants. First pepper pods will grow nice and large, then many of the peppers pods after those will curl early on and stay stunted. they will then rippen while still small or fall off. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

These were supposed to be chocolate bhutlah seeds. The color and heat seem to correspond but they dont look like bhutlahs. What would you guys recon these are? Im diggin how they look though. Cheers Abel
