I am not sure about this process.  Are there any good threads on how this is done?  Or is it simpler than it sounds?

So my reapers are finally starting to ripen! 24 days from first noticing the start of fruit to the first sign of color change.  

So once a pepper begins to ripen, is there any benefit to letting it finish color change on the plant rather than just picking at the first sign of color change? Will the taste be affected?

What's weird is two of mine are wrinkly but the other 3 aren't and they are all the same variety, same media, same location, etc.  Crazy little plants.  More peppers are setting everyday on my problem SB though so I think it is coming out of it.

Other than BT a couple of times only one application of neem. But this issue was present before the neem application.

Patiently waiting for my first habs and scotch bonnets to turn.  Been a couple weeks since they have grown to full size.

Well, I don't need to worry about reaper ripening time now as my one pepper fell yesterday at only 3/4" long.  Bummer.  I am assuming its the day after day of heat in the mid 90s / 35c range.  I have my peppers getting about 4 hours of morning light, then filtered light under a big pecan tree...

So adding original dawn as a surfactant for neem foliage application is a huge no no?  1/2 tsp in a quart mix.  Is that level of dish soap harmful?

If you live near a field it could be mice.  I have mice get into my "ground" garden and dig holes similar to this.  They haven't gotten up into the pots yet though.  Dogs run them out most of the time before too long.
