I'll have to try that. Never had hot sauce with pancakes. Thank you. This is the only sauce i've made from Caribbeanpot. Most of mine come from Mike Hultquist's recipes. I've tried it on different kinds of meat. I like it best on pastelillos, which are a Spanish hot beef pastry.

I was thinking of testing a couple of plants using milk with neem oil and water. Milk as an emulsifier for the neem and possible insecticide using its fatty acids. Why? <1/10 the cost and readily available.
