    Pretty tragic when you spend months on something that isn't even near what you wanted. For me though, I just think "oh well, time to perfect a mean chilli sauce!" Lol. Not gonna waste those bad boys. Still SUPER disappointed though.

    If I were to break the peppers down into more of flakes/chunks, they would reconstitute in the base (citrus/vinegar), correct? That way I could have at least some sort of texture to the sauce.
