    Tried a small bit and just made my tongue tingle, not too hot at all. Are they not too small to be habaneros ?

    Greetings, looking fro some help to id the following peppers. the tag on the seedling plant says "scotch bonnet" but they don't look like it to me. They are small , red, about 3/4 to 1" large, fairly hard. Any help wo8uld be appreciated thanks Bob

    can you use fermented peppers to make a jelly

    I have some fermented peppers that are done and besides hot sauces, was wondering if I could use these to make a hot jelly ? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Bob

    Hi from Canada

    Hi guys, grew my first peppers this summer, Carolina Reapers, and am looking forward to making some great hot sauce from my harvest. Have tried some powder from de-hydrated peppers on some jerky and it was fantastic. Looking forward to learn the ways of fermenting my own sauces. Thanks Bob
