118 over 88 is my usual. I eat spicy stuff everyday and never have had a problem. A little heat every once and a while for everyone does a body good i think.

I have a very high tolerance to heat. Everything i eat has to atleast have a little spice to it. Even as a kid, i was sucking on hot sauce packets instead of a bottle :fireball:

Would love a box of everything if you still have any left!

Not the best tasting sauce but one of the better extract sauces.
