Hey all, Been a while since I've been around. Almost a year ago I had pancreatitis for the second time in 2yrs and had a month stay in the hospital. Since then I have been busy with life in general. Traveling with my daughters HS rugby team  for the summer and she is off to college playing rugby...

really nice plants - Can you use shade cloth to cover them from direct sub light and water them profusely? 

A shot of vodka helps too - swished around and spat out unless you like hot vodka - so whats it gonna be? are you a spitter or swallower? ;)

Havent seen an avocado base sauce yet - looks great - Is it a thick consistency ?

+1  Depends what I am smoking but typically 10-15lbs - I also grill with charcoal  so for a week 20-30lbs and for a season, again, depends what I am up to for a smoke and my season never stops. I am that neighbor who grills and smokes in a snow storm, So I would say over 200lbs a year easy-
