    Easy Sauerkraut

    Started a batch last night.  Thanks for the recipe notes.     JoeFish... Everything I have seen in my research says always keep it under the brine. So I would say yes but maybe some more experienced folks will chime in.

    Picklese...You Have To Try This!!!

    Made a batch two nights ago. Tried it on a s Ike's sausage today and must say wow truly awesome. I substituted 3ghost peppers in mine and definitely tingles the lips. Thanks for the recipe.

    Just wanted to say hi to everybody. I'm been growing hot peppers for the last few years. Lurking on the site for a while but registered to say i really like this site for all the recipes. I enjoy sauces salsa etc as much as growing these guys. Made a fermented sriracha kind of sauce last year...
