Bone Suckin' Hiccuppin' Hot Habanero Hot Sauce Clone?

I'm looking for a clone of Bone Suckin' Hiccuppin' Hot Habanero Hot Sauce or at least something pretty close to it.   As listed on the Bone Suckin' site: Ingredients: Tomato Paste, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Molasses, Mustard, Horse Radish, Lemon Juice, Onions, Garlic, Peppers including...

    Habanero Substitute, Cherry Peppers?

In season, at the Meat Farms gorcoery store, they're $3.99/lb. Out of season at Shop Rite, they're $4.99 here on Long Island. BUT I had noticed, there are two Meat Farms by me, one a couple of miles away and a new one that just opened up down the road from me. The first one, always had their...

    Apple Habanero Hot Sauce

I know this thread is several months old, but I wanted to give an update.   The shelf life is good so far. It hasn't discolored or separated.   Here's a pic of what's left of that first batch. Don't mind the label. This was an Australian Hot Sauce bottle. The labels do not like coming off.

    Habanero Substitute, Cherry Peppers?

Thanks. I had grabbed some of the cherries and a couple of serranos to make up for the heat factor. But I will stop over at a Whole Foods on my way to work this weekend. I am in Holbrook. I think the nearest Shop Rite is in Medford. I'll have to check.

    Habanero Substitute, Cherry Peppers?

I'm not sure if this would be the right place to ask this. I am running out of my hot sauce and waited too long to make a new batch and the local stores aren't carrying habaneros right now. The only peppers I could find were jalapenos, serrano, thai chili, some sort of long hot pepper, and...

    Apple Habanero Hot Sauce

Ok, here's my first successful attempt at making hot sauce and this one's a winner. If you like Dragon's Blood Elixer, you're going to love this.   This is a two part sauce. It starts with a pureed salsa.   Salsa 2 14oz cans of Fire Roasted Tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 yellow onion 1/2 tsp...

    Hello From LawnGuyland!

Hi,   I've been lurking on this site for about a year or so, soaking up any information as possible about making hot sauce. I wanted to delve into it when my favorite hot sauce (Australian Hot Sauce) changed recipes. Horrible, I know. In the interim, I found a new favorite (Dragon's Blood...
