Take a cheap $20 Plastic Rack, ziptie a 2 ft T5 Grow Light to the inside, place plants on top of stacked books, drape some tin foil and some blankets and towels, place a small desk fan, point it at the light and plants, and VOILA! Now you have a cheapo grow tent :)

All of my plants are growing under my T5 light and have been growing since February. None of them are getting much bigger, so I'd say my fertilizing game is not too god right now. What do you recommend? The cotyledons fell off of my bhut and scorpion peppers :(
