One of the best hot sauces I ever had was a Habenero and Mango.  Not sure how this really helps you outside of understanding that mango's work well. Give them a try in one of you mixes.   Best of luck, Chase Rob T

As often as you can is pretty open ended, especially for this rookie.  Growing primarily in 5 gallon buckets, would you think once per week?  Once per month?

I'm starting to realize about overwatering, so I'm waiting till the leaves start to droop from too little water.  I've killed plants in small pots before from neglecting them and didn't want that to be the problem this year.  Sunburn is definitely is possibility because I have them in full sun...

From my first harvest ever on July 1st, I soaked my peppers for 10 min in a vinegar:water solution to get rid of any pathogens. I then rinsed with water, dried them and placed them in a small paper bag.  I keep this bag in the fridge and have been enjoying fresh peppers daily.  The brown paper...

I filled the jar up, smashed the veggies down with a sterile spoon and added more. Just tried to make sure it was a tight fit before I added the brine.  I like the non-rinse sanitizer idea.  I may try that next time.

I just picked my first peppers earlier this month.  It was a blast!  I added carrots, garlic, and onion to mine.  Your peppers look fine but I would say to pack them in the bottles more to get more for your buck, but that's just me.  Nice yield on your sauce, great color too.

Seriously!  I get inspired to know that the plants are capable of that type of growth and production and also get bummed that my skills are no where near that level.  Trying to get there though.

I have a similar problem, except the brown spots are on the top of the leaves.  I have a pic but I am having such a tough time uploading it.  I read a thread on how to upload/post pics but still not doing what I want.
