Anyone tried/using the Tower Garden

Ive taken plants that are several month old from soil to drip, my home made nft, and the tower many times. Im probably over cautious, but I rinse the roots at dusk in the shade when its cooled off from the day, then just pop them in.

A couple times Ive shocked them too much, but most always work fine.
