disease-pests Are these peppers diseased?

the first 2 pics are of my Chilitepin plant, and orange habanero. They are growing really slow, have had the same sets of leaves for months and the leaves are yellow and round/curled

the second pics are 2 other plants which have lots of peppers, but for some reason peppers are small, not growing in size and have black bruises over them. Am i just being impatient? these two plants have normal healthy leaves.

any help on wheather i should destroy these plants? My others are growing fine.

Have you ever fertilized them? Looks like they might need some nutes.

Soil looks awfully wet in the first set of pics...Any chance you are overwatering?

What is the soil like? Is it just potting soil you have bought or did you mix it? I ask because I have had some peppers two years ago that looked like this and when I tested the soil it was at 5 (backyard soil put in to pots). They produced but with little plant growth and with short misshaped leaves.
