For superhots I would consider: Douglah, Brainstrain, Bubblegum, Naga Jolokia, Reaper or Primo as basics. Others are really good especially caramel versions. All should be easy to get.
 
I know but I figured living there would make it something you could get if you wanted. Since that's supposed to be the most fertile, I'd expect any grower that could use it would want to.
