smoking Bacon Explosion...best friend, or worst enemy?

Nice. Not sure if this is genius or ridiculous, but worth a try. Bacon wrapped anything is usually a crowd pleaser. Imagine that stuffed with pork-stuffed chilies. Or some of AJ's turduckin poppers.
 
I've had them. I showed a guy at work that link and he showed up for our cookout with 4 of 'em. Pretty tasty if you like bacon and sausage!

1 red and 1 yellow onion, medium size, diced;

Button Mushrooms, pieces & stems, canned, 8 oz drained weight, un-cut, drained well;

Black Olive, canned, 8 oz drained weight, whole;

Mozzerella Cheese, 2#, shreaded;

Pizza Sauce, 8oz jar;


THE CRUST:

Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, 4#, regular, breakfast style
 
Dang..that's awesome...coulda sworn there were eggs in there too.

How the hell do ya eat all of that before it'd get yucky though???

I think that would last me a month....

Ahhhhhh what the hell. We've got free health care here in Canada ;). I'm going on vacation for a little over a week starting friday, so it'll be a bit.

Yes please! It looks delicious, but it also looks like it'll really clog up the ol' arteries. I'm willing to sacrifice my body for the betterment of the community. I hope you all realize the bullet I'm taking for you! :lol:
