Beetles are taking over my roses and cherry tree

These beetles are always on my roses and now I have seen them destroy some of my cherry tree's leaves. What are they, and how can I get rid of them?

I believe those are Japanese beetles, they can be a real problem. They sell traps and lots of different pesticide products aimed at those things. They are an annual pest here in the Midwest.
 
Bayer makes a product that will eliminate your Japanese Beetle issue. You can find it at Tractor Supply Company comes in a blue bottle. It will be in the seasonal section
