Blue Collar Hot Sauce from Michigan

Hey everyone, 
 
New to the site!  We have just launched our first line of hot sauces and spices!  We are fully licensed and ready to roll!  We do about 99% of everything ourselves.  We grow the peppers (we do get supplemented form local farmers when needed), cooking the batches, labeling and distributing.  Because we are just starting out we are still on a pretty small scale.  100-200 bottle batches.   We are looking to slowly scale up as we gain knowledge in the food business and came here to see how everyone else and progressed from start up to competitor.
