bottling bottling

What you probably want is a co-packer. You should have food liability insurance for your protection, and a co-packer can take your recipe and bottle your sauce. Make sure they sign papers that protect your recipe.

Where are you located?

there are several good threads in this "Bottling, Packaging, and Marketing" section.

Here's a couple links for you to read through to get started.

...well, if you are in Leander wkwegg, I'm about 10 miles from you over in Georgetown. :welcome:

I can git you a list with numbers of co-packers in the state and our area real quick... and tell you which ones to avoid.

It really depends on how much you intend to have made in your first batch, and many have ridiculous amounts you would have to deal with.

Drop me a PM if interested, and I'll get you hooked up with alot you need to know in our area... i've been steadily working on this for over a month so have alot of current info.
